Do you offer phone support? 

At this time, Pokémon Center does not offer phone support. 

We are focused on providing accurate answers as quickly as possible, and we believe that chat and email are the best ways to accomplish this. We also don’t like waiting on hold any more than you do!

2. What can I expect in a Pokémon Trading Card Game Booster Pack?

Each booster pack contains 10 game cards: 4 commons, 3 uncommons, and 3 foils (at least one of which will be rare or higher). Each booster pack also contains 1 Energy card and 1 code card that can be redeemed in Pokémon TCG Live. Note: sets prior to Scarlet & Violet only guarantee at least 1 reverse foil card per booster pack. With so many rare card types (standard rare, holo rare, full-art, secret rare, Pokémon ex, Pokémon V, Pokémon-GX, Pokémon-EX, Pokémon BREAK, etc.), it is not uncommon to not receive a specific card or card type in many packs. The number of cards in each set can also change what can be pulled.

While we do guarantee the above in each booster pack, we do not have a specific ratio or pull rate for entire booster boxes. While you may have had a different experience with booster boxes previously, there are no guaranteed specific higher-than-rare cards or card types included in each booster box

3. I have a question about Pokémon GO, who do I contact?
